With school graduation parties in full swing Photo Booth Experts has been busy providing the fun and helping to create lifetime memories through our photo booth and scrapbooking service.

Whether finishing high school or college, graduation parties have become more popular and extravagant than ever before. Just last weekend we at Photo Booth Experts provided our photo booth and scrap-booking service for three different graduation events… wow!

Renting a photo booth for these parties has been a huge hit with the guests as the line to participate never seems to go down.

Photo Booth props a must for Graduation parties
Graduation parties are a time to celebrate achievements and let down your hair.  Therefore, we can’t recommend adding the prop option enough.   The props are a great way to add even more excitement and fun and they really go a long way to enhance the atmosphere.
Whether renting our props or supplying your own it is a can’t miss opportunity.

Don’t forget the Scrapbook
Like the bride and groom at a wedding the person of honor at the graduation party will want to remember the party forever.  The best way to make sure this happens is the go with the Photo Booth Experts scrap-booking option.

At Photo Booth Experts we have been amazed at the amount of after prom parties we have provided our services for.  The photo booth is just one more exciting element that contributes towards keeping the students engaged and having a great after prom experience.

The upsurge for us this year has been the increase of rentals for the actual proms.  Prom committees are discovering that having a photo booth at the prom can be just as memorable and entertaining as having them at the after prom.

Recently photo booth experts provided one of our photo booths for a prom and the students had a blast.  It was a huge success and we at Photo Booth Experts were excited to have taken part in an evening  people won’t soon forget.

Recently Photo Booth Experts participated in the wedding reception of Jessica & Matthew.  The night was a huge success and as a bonus we came away with a new and exciting idea that we would like to pass on to you.  Instead of the traditional or “Dollar” dance often seen at receptions, Jessica & Matthew decided to have a “Dollar Photo Booth”.

How it works is just like the “Dollar” dance where a person pays a dollar (or more) to have a dance with the bride or groom during the reception.  The only difference is that with the “Dollar Photo Booth” instead of a dance the guest(s) can pay to go into the photo booth with the bride and groom to get a personalized strip of pictures taken.  The guest gets a copy and of course the bride and groom get a copy as well.  Talk about your ultimate party favor.  These photos become a wonderful keepsake for the guests and the bride and groom.

The fact is that a lot of brides and grooms will shy away from a money dance because it can slow things down and take time away from open dancing.  As a result they are afraid guest will get bored and leave during a money dance.

Now you can have the best of both worlds.  With the “Dollar Photo Booth” nothing in the evening has to slow down.  People who want a picture can pay their dollar and join the bride and groom in the photo booth while at the same time the dance floor stays open for dancing.

Thanks for reading this and best wishes with all your party planning!

Attention:  Not all photo booths are the same!

Who would have ever thought 5 years ago that a photo booth would become a main staple at Wedding Receptions and other special occasions?  Photo Booth companies have sprung up one after another to cash in on this unique experience that has not yet seen its peak.

There are so many Photo Booth companies to choose from and it can be challenging to decide which photo booth is right for your event.   Now you may be asking yourself what we mean by “right for your event”.  Aren’t all photo booths the same?

The problem is that the photo booth boom for parties and weddings is relatively new and as a result there has not yet been a precedent set on what makes a successful photo booth at parties.   The photo booth industry is still in the experimental stages of what a photo booth for weddings should offer.  As a result you have many companies with different styles of photo booths and offerings who are trying to capitalize on their share of the market.   This presents you with many options, price differences and decisions to make.  And there are differences.

Photo booths designs and options available to you cover everything from the one-seater mall style photo booths to ratty looking home-made units made out of PVC pipe that consist of a back drop, web cam and a cheap color printer purchased of the local office store.

Let’s cut to the chase…
The following is a list of what a photo booth should offer for your next event:

• Elegant and charming in appearance
• Room enough for at least 10 people
• Scrapbook option for wedding receptions
• Fast photo Lab quality prints
• Handicap accessible
• Touch-screen live view monitor
• Choice of B&W or color prints
• Attendant to help with and encourage guest participation

These and many more were the considerations we asked ourselves before designing our photo booths.  Always remember that your event is going to happen only once.  It’s a moment in time you will never get back and getting the right photo booth can make all the difference.

Let us impress you…. Photo Booth Experts

Multiple Photo Strip options are now available

Because our photo booths fit up to 12 people we offer the option to have multiple strips printed so that everyone receives a copy to keep.

Our standard rental package includes two photo strips for each photo session.  Typically one strip goes into your scrapbook (optional) and the other strip goes to the guest.  But what happens when there are more than two people that go into the photo booth?

multiple photo strip options are now available

Well now you will leave no one behind and make sure everyone gets a piece of the action. For an additional fee you can have 4, 6 or 8 photo strips per session instead of the standard 2 photo strips.

This is a very handy option when there are more than 2 people in the booth and you want to provide a photo strip for everyone who went into the photo booth.
