Photo Booth Rental for Corporate Events

November 1, 2012 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 9:36 AM

Seeing is believing! Take a look at our photo booths in action as we talk about what sets us apart from our competition.

Photo booth experts has been providing photo booth for corporate events and trade shows since 2008 and experience matters.

There is something about our photo booths that brings out the crazy fun side of people and your company’s employees and clients will love it.

With photo booth experts all of our photo booths are a 5 x 8 enclosure which allow for not just 1-3 people but large groups of up to 12 people which allows large groups of people to participate together.

Our photo booths are elegant and fit any decor. There are no outside printers, cameras, and other components to clutter the area because everything is self contained right in the booth.

All photo strips come out pristine in quality thanks to our professional photo lab printers and the strips are conveniently printed right inside the booth.

Everything happens in the booth and is controlled by you using our custom software and easy to use touch screen monitor.

Photo Booth Experts feel that your event is not our chance to advertise using banners and signs promoting our business. Instead we use a simple eye pleasing led sign that simply says “PHOTO BOOTH” to let everyone know we are there.

At the end of the event you are given a Disc that contains every photo taken so you will never have to worry about so you will never miss out on any of the fun photos taken.

A photo booth can be just what is needed to bring even more fun and excitement to your next event.

Indian wedding Photo Booth

September 21, 2010 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 1:45 AM

Over the years Photo Booth Experts has provided photo booth services for many types of events and many types of cultures. Everything from weddings, parties, reunions, schools, sweet sixteen’s… you name it!

Recently we had the honor to provide a photo booth for a bride and groom from India. The reception was full of Indian cultural traditions. What a thrilling experience it was for us as we ran the photo booth and watched everybody having a great time striking poses and enjoying the atmosphere.

We would like to thank the bride and groom and the families for making the photo booth such a huge hit.

After Prom Photo Booth

April 12, 2010 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 10:58 AM

These photos was taken at our latest photo booth rental for an after prom party. We are finding the photo booth has been the most talked about item during and after the events we have done so far.

During the 5 hours of this after prom the students couldn’t get enough with groups up to 12 piling in non-stop throughout the night. Just another example of the many different types of events that a photo booth can really enhance.

This post-prom was casual and it is important to keep in mind that all of our photo booth attendants will dress appropriately depending on the event.

Large Party? You may want to consider 2 photo booths!

February 27, 2010 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 2:10 AM

Recently Photo Booth Experts provided service for a large Cox Communications event at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Due to the amount of people in attendance two of our photo booths were used.

Even still there were lines of people waiting to get in for their photo op. Just another example of how much fun a photo booth can be for any type of event.

Whether the event is a wedding, corporate party, birthdays, reunions etc. a photo booth can really enhance the fun atmosphere. We would like to thank Cox Communications for their support and we are so glad everyone had fun.

Photo Booth Size?! It makes a difference

, Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 2:03 AM

Is there strength in numbers? Absolutely and the later into the reception it gets the more people want to jump in the photo booth and not just one or two people at a time. We have seen time and time again groups of 5 to 8, 10 or even 12 people who want to all pile into the photo booth (see pics below).

The fact is that the more people that are in the booth the more fun the pictures become.
When booking a photo booth it is always important to consider this. Some photo booths fit only 1-3 people. With Photo Booth Experts we have designed our De Luxe Photo Booths to fit groups up to 10-15 people.

Thanks for tuning into the blog and have fun at your receptions.

Photo Booths Book Fast

February 17, 2010 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 1:50 AM

Photo Booth Experts is starting to fill most of its dates for 2010. It has been amazing how quickly photo booths have become the must have item for wedding receptions. At the recent bridal shows back in January we found that only about 1 in 10 of the Brides who came to our booth had never heard of having a photo booth for a wedding reception.

Even with those brides there was immediate interest. As we continue to book our 2010 dates we recommend getting your photo booth booked the moment you have made your decision to get one.

For the 2011 Brides the advice stays the same.

Good luck and have fun at your receptions…

New Years Eve Photo Booth Rental

January 3, 2010 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 1:37 AM

It was great to close out 2009 with another exciting photo booth rental.
Photo Booth Experts were present at the New Years Eve reception for Sandra and Brent.

What a fun crowd and the later the night got the crazier the picture became. This was one of those night when the props made a huge difference.

A full scrapbook was ordered and these are definitely pictures that Sandra and Brent will cherish forever.

Happy New Year everyone!

Fantastic Photo Booth Idea

December 7, 2009 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 1:33 AM

Photo Booth Experts recently provided a Photo Booth rental for a wedding reception. To encourage participation in the photo booth the Bride and Groom provided note cards that said “Say Cheese”.

These cards were placed on the dinner tables, gift table, and at the bar. There was a huge reaction from these note cards and the participation from the guests was more that we’ve seen in a long time. “Say Cheese” note cards are highly recommended.

How to order reprints of the original photo strip

November 27, 2009 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 1:28 AM

Each picture prints two identical photo strips. That gives you one photo strip for a guest and one for your scrapbook.

This however does not mean that everyone else that was in the photo booth does not get a picture.

Thanks to our newest upgrade to the software you can now have as many reprints as you want anytime after the event, for an additional fee.

The original photo strip that was taken now comes with a unique number located at the bottom of the strip. That number can be used to get as many reprints as you need.

To order reprints go to www.photoboothexperts.com/photoboothreprints.php

You will be asked to fill out an order form and to include the number from the bottom of the original photo strip.

Once your request has been submitted to us you will receive a payment link in your email. As soon as your payment is complete your reprint(s) will be mailed to you.

Photo Booth rental Halloween style!

October 12, 2009 , Posted by Photo Booth Experts at 12:53 AM

The Photo Booth rental was awesome last Saturday. It was a very unique Halloween style reception. Keeping an eye on the photo booth was a very special guest that was not putting up with any shenanigans.

Actually a few folks drug this guy into the photo booth with them for some really cool pictures.
We will show one of those photos on our next blog post.
